Lack of response

Is SoundCloud an active entity? I'm paying for the NextPro level so I can upload live content, but I can't seem to get any response from you at all. I need API access to automate the process. This is the very reason why I subscribed. Please respond to issues!

A response sure would be nice.

I'm with a funded start-up that has full integrations with Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. We're ready to go live, and wanted to bring SoundCloud to the application. At this rate, we're going to get Amazon Music API access and probably just ditch SoundCloud entirely. It really is a shame, the API looks fantastic and the service has a lot of users that would probably love to join our application. Unfortunately those users will have to migrate to one of the aforementioned players.
