Description
No initial Mobile Data while it's already turned on after first boot. APN is available but not set. Network shows 4G+ but there is no connection. Can also not send SMS but can do Phone Calls...

Symptoms
No Network Connection to Mobile Data

How to reproduce
Install AOSP, OEM, Wipe Userdata and tada

Additional context
Tell me which Logs You will need and i pull them...
Tried everything around the Settings including switching Network Type (2G,3G,4G), turning Mobile Data on and off. Tried own made APN, tried to switch SIM Slots and the second Slot does not recognize My SIM Card.

@jerpelea @MarijnS95 any News on this or Wifi? SElinux issues? Apex? Modem? Sagami is still driven useless with no Internet Connection overall... Tried so much on the building side but never got anything fixed...

@Miustone the wifi driver is disabled in kernel from what I remeber

I just checked all the Repos up and found some things that made me wonder. First of all, external modem got disabled and removed on Sagami saying it uses an internal one. If true, why doesn't it work? Where is it located and what's it source?

Second, wifi got updated here:

May it be needed to get updated again? Sony recently made some changes on Modem and stuff noticably on Android 12 & 13...

I'm really on to fix this with You alongside other stuff in the future. Would like to get deeper into it!

Well, new Binaries shows up PIN from My SIM Card but i had Reboots with LOS20 IPA after switching to new Binaries. Will try a clean build with unchanged Manfiests now and hope for the best. Can You please look into Your Commits on local_manifests again btw!?

Wifi broke around this Time in August on Sagami. Trying to revert your changes broke building AOSP/DIOS with Kernel Error (Pre-Compiled Kernel)

Addition: Pure AOSP had no Reboots yet. No Mobile Data or Wifi tho
