Feat - Add ability to connect/disconnect externaly on VST #232

We need reconnect VST plugin if needed, but is not possible to do that externaly.

Using Ableton LIVE 11 and VST instance.

When you disable the plugin audio is not passed, but Sonobus is still connected.
