results of contact prediction, medium&long range or short&medium&long range

Nice work.
After reading the code, I am not sure about the contact prediction results. In the code, it seems this is the short&medium&long range contact prediction result? But the paper reported 0.36 is the medium&long range prediction?

Besides, I tried to reproduce the BERT-base pre-trained protein model with a similar setting, but the medium&long range prediction result is far away from 0.36. Did I misunderstand something?
