Graphs on Homepage need some rework #174

Describe the bug
The graphs at the homepage need rework, as no of cases have gone above 1000, and daily cases will also keep increasing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to home
  2. See Confirmed Graph in Red
  3. Scroll down to SPREAD TRENDS
  4. See Cummulative Graph in Red.

Expected behavior
A clear uncut graph should be displayed. Tip! Logarithmic graphs are a good option
