Current Budgie version

budgie-desktop 10.5.2 (git-481e9bd25afaa4f35ae9db6fdde28d17ec29cbe9)

Use-cases

It would make Budgie quite user friendly and make a lot of people stay who are still in the distro hopping phase. I've seen loads of people asking for this feature in different forums and Reddit

Proposal

Add Internet Speed Monitor applet
