Don't print extra space when running --layout=flat|iflat #241

When running erd --layout=flat or erd --layout=iflat, extra spaces are printed in their output.

Example
erd --layout=flat --suppress-size -L1 prints

   scripts
   Books
   dotfiles
   Screenshots
   Downloads
   go
   araaha

5 directories, 1 link

erdtree 3.1.2
