pm2.json configuration for Soketi

So, i'm trying to run Soketi (not globally installed) in cluster mode with pm2 and cannot get it to work.
my soketi config.json:

When trying to run it:
pm2 start pm2.json
It errors and don't spawn soketi.
pm2 logs shows:

Some projects include pm2.json within the code as an example of running with pm2.
Any idea how to start soketi with pm2 while specifying a config file?
