"Forbidden 403" error message.

I've just tried to use the search button to search for a fellow - I'm getting a "Forbidden 403" message.

I thought I would need to log out and back in again after the updates yesterday, but I'm now not able to get in and am getting the same error.
I can't do any work re fellows expenses in the meantime.
