Feature request: option to add a checkbox to all repos

On repositories which you do not have full write access, only triage access, github does not display the checkbox button on the issue pages

This makes managing issue labels very annoying even though triage access is specifically for managing issues, it would be nice to have the addon re-add this functionality.
