overflow of link to the gaps between the boxes

In the teams page, the gaps between the member boxes are clickable and redirects to one of the page.

A clear insight into the issue, this will help the developer fix it.
The size of the actual card is less than the total space occupied so the issue is occurring. It maybe an issue with either padding or hard-coded width.

The solution can be switching it with a margin or gap for grids.
