The application will be developed as per FAR stack (Fastapi, Reactjs).

Make an directory and initialise reactjs.
Make home route with ui to work on the generating and sending certificate.
With error handling and tracking the send/not send emails.

Note: The pull request will be valid only after both of the other issues are solved to avoid conflicts.
