Default config option for spread checks in quick commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have many hosts with serial checks over network. everytime we are doing checks on all of them, we get timeouts on several checks. We always have spread the checks for 10 seconds.

Describe the solution you'd like
There are already cmd_quick_status configurations and an additional option to change the default check spreading would help.
