Hello, i am using the dashboard version "ProxyAdmin". How do i make the http proxy block all sites that are listed in one of these? / -> how do i make the proxy follow the rules that are set here in one of these?: SCREENSHOT

OR

Can i start a local DNS server that uses these blocklists?

blocklistt here not means to deny it, just if in order to using upstream or not.
