Summary

This PR shifts all files from the SmartDeviceLink-iOS subdirectory to the root directory. See #403 for information on why this is necessary.

@Heath-FoMoCo @asm09fsu I need to know how this might impact any build scripts you guys are using. The fix wouldn't be too bad, just changing the path to remove the subdirectory...

@joeljfischer This will impact our build scripts, but would only require a quick fix. We'll apply the fix after this is merged.
