SDL app does not connect after several disconnects

Hi! I figure out some problem on sdl 6.3.0.
My App connects with the sdl device via USB.( The connected status is success. )
Then disconnect them. Repeats connect & disconnect two times.
The App could not connect with the sdl device ever.

But I roll back to 6.2.0, it works well.

Reproduction Steps

1: The app connects with the sdl device via USB
2: Check the connected status
3: Disconnect them
4: Repeat Step 1 ~ Step 3
5: Act Step 1 again & check the status

Connects

Observed Behavior

Does not connect

• iOS Version: iPhone X, 12.3.1
• SDL iOS Version: 6.3.0
• Testing Against: Unknown

Appears to be fixed in upcoming 6.3.1 hotfix
