开始菜单启用透明后是完全透明，菜单项跟桌面图标重叠，能否加上可调透明度？

       [开始菜单]
             右键 - 打开文件夹

SIB_RegDefault.reg 注册表修改透明度。
添加选项，要跟着很多界面的翻译资源文件，所以默认开始菜单设定界面就不添加选项了，
自己通过 [我的定制(后置)] 来订制。（这里也可以做界面选项的，对应的使用reg add 命令修改透明度）
