ThinkPad L13和L14开启安全启动后分辨率只有640x480，关闭安全启动则默认1024x768，可选1920x1080。

安全启动的分辨率设定BCD的参数决定的，与生成的BOOT.WIM无关。

换成1909版本的BCD，分辨率正常了。
