slime-describe-symbol: provide link to source file

Hi,
It would be nice, if one could jump directly to the source file from the slime-description buffer.
Just as in the Emacs Help buffer, when a function is described: "byte-compiled Lisp function in ‘xxx.el’" and you can jump directly to xxx.el.
