Implement TailwindCSS Framework

Currently Profiles Maker doesn't implement any CSS framework and we have come up with our own CSS to go with it, some are even inline-hardcoded into HTML elements which is not a good practice. It's advisable to use framework with this project and TailwindCSS is recommended since it's wildly used in the market. This should give our frontend developer a chance to be familiar with it.
