Add Language Reload

I'm always trying to learn new languages, so I also use various different languages in my game, and every time I wanna change the game's language is always a pain in the ass, because it reloads all other resources not just the languages.

Describe the mod you'd like to add, remove, or change
Language Reload aims to improve the issue by only reloading the language of the game, it also adds some extra language functionality, for example, a search bar, language reaload and cycle keybinds, and a fallbacks, when any mod doesn't have translations for the main selected language, also multilingual searches of items, etc.

List alternative mods or solutions you've considered
lazy-language-loader, it isn't as featureful as Language Reload, just improving the language reloading times.
