request(sticky): restore server nick & voice mute

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This feature is needed as many members just leave the server to bypass voice mutes or nick change, with this feature this thing can be solved!

Describe the solution you'd like

If some leaves their,
Nickname will be restored as soon as they join back the server.
Voice Mute will also be restored and they will be muted as soon as they join any voice channel.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Atm nothing but if I find so will let you know!
