skpm-build --watch doesn't update Sketch plugin folder #291

On Sketch 70.3 each time i make changes to plugin, i have to manualy reinstall the plugin in Sketch to see the changes.

Previously on running --watch, it would automatically update the plugin in Sketch folder.

Confirmed with skpm version 1.3.2, npm run start does not reload the plugin when a source file changes, npm run build needs to be run every time.

is this caused by newer versions of Sketch or skpm?
