this is work:
skpm-build --output ../../../Library/ApplicationSupport/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Plugins/test.sketchplugin
bug, this is not work:
skpm-build --output ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Plugins/test.sketchplugin
