I think those glyphs for regular and bold were contributed by the Cochineal project, which restricts itself only to the regular and bold weights in roman and italic. I'm not sure that extending Crimson to include glyphs for these extended ranges is within the scope of this project.
@jhanschoo That's interesting, thanks for the heads up! As you may have seen in #58, the project is currently in the hands of @Fonthausen and I won't be touching things until he's done revamping all the glyphs and outlines. (It's possible that ṛ ṃ ṅ are on his to-do list already, who knows …)
