Adjust copy for Team Accounts still on the old pricing/product.

@joelhooks What do you think about the proposed changes in this marked up screenshot?

A couple questions:

1. Should the copy of the blue button be updated for this situation?
2. Does an email link work for the 'Contact Us' (that would be quickest) or do we want an in-app modal like we have for feedback?

for "legacy" team subs I think we need to lean on the "contact us" approach for now

In the linked PR, Joel commented:

I think the "manage your account" needs to be removed for legacy accounts too because the portal is WEIRD for them.

I can do that, but just want to confirm we are okay with the side-effects of that. The billing portal, though definitely weird, provides a way for these account owners to update their payment info and cancel their subscription. If we remove it, then both of those activities will have to be mediated through support.

@joelhooks any thoughts before I move forward with this?
