目前测试SerialTool V1.3.0Beta发现两个问题，1：界面上的暂停发送\接收按钮，只能使发送按钮不可用，接收缓存区还是会继续接收并显示数据；2：点击“帮助”的更新按键，会显示网络出错，进度条停止在0%；
