I created a doc outlining the different types of messages and examples of what they look like. The goal of the doc is to be able to reference it whenever we're adding a new message. Still a WIP - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dF6LpDoI3tpFHf8VevgCWEgk97hFQ_y8PjBlTrDpUaU/edit#

Based on that doc, these are some of the issues with the current messages we have:

Change totem messages to only be for completion or success - not every save.
Implement Task Progression - currently it only needs to be implemented in the builder
Implement Task Error
