[PE Progress Report] Comment editing appears to save when you are timed out

While I wrote you, I was timed out for some reason. Then when I re-logged in, NONE of my previous edits to individual student comments are present even though after I edited, I SAVED each of my edits.

This is a serious problem! I don't have time to keep re-editing and re-saving, and then discover that my edits are actually not saved.

Cannot replicate. Each comment is saved with a related PATCH call and a session time out will log the user out completely. If the user saved as they went, it would result in multiple PATCH calls or a 500 error (no-auth) that would bounce them out.
