Implement New Layout

Enzo has created a new layout for Sixteen Colors Draw. I wouldn't mind debating some of his splash screen/etc stuff at the top of the doc, but the rest is 100% fantastic.

Tried this (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/450903/make-css-div-width-equal-to-contents) for the framed corners, but had some trouble. Leaving that aspect alone for now.

Other issues:

• Can't style the upload button (see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1944267/how-to-change-the-button-text-of-input-type-file)
• Haven't yet found a way to do the squared off borders

Unfortunately, I don't know that there's ever going to be a way to style a file upload button; browser developers consider that a serious security risk.

I'm pretty sure that's the case. I've seen things about using swfupload, but that seems like a bit of a pain.
