See if we can get Page Builder working with Pods:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/pods/

Joost provides feedback here: https://siteorigin.com/thread/using-page-builder-within-pod-templates/, specifically the current limitations.

I think the direction here is incorrect. Pods Templates are like 'content templates' that are used against a loop of records to output content. Adding 'builder' pieces inside of them wouldn't make a lot of sense, since that whole section is managed by Pods and the placement of the templates is based on using a Shortcode to place the Template, calling with Auto Templates (before, after or replacing the_content loop or calling it directly within the loop with https://pods.io/docs/code/pods/template/

You folks really need to be taking the approach of working within the Theme Hierarchy and work to create layouts that recognize Custom Post Types and allow the insertion of custom content, the way we did the integration with Beaver Builder/Beaver Themer, where our custom fields are pulled into your content blocks or modules. We're happy to work with you guys to help you create the integration, we just don't have the resources as a free plugin with a very limited staff to write the integration for you.

Super, thanks Jim. As you can see we've haven't had the resources yet to get beyond the initial idea/suggestion. This helps a lot. Appreciate it :)
