Possibility to export analysis code

Dear authors,

Is there a possibility to add an "export R code" feature for this package?
Let's say that I have filled the input parameters and run "Fit model". By having this option, I can rerun the analysis without going to the shiny app and do the whole thing again. I think it would also improve my analysis reporting.

Thanks for your interest in our work.
This could be a useful feature indeed, and we will try to integrate it in the future but I cannot tell you when exactly.
If this is something you are confortable with, we welcome external pull-request :-)

This is similar to #1
