Downloads and system requirements pages on the website are outdated as of 2023 #847

Hi ! I almost didn't find out that simplepie had new versions compatible with recent PHP versions, until I looked at https://github.com/simplepie/simplepie/releases

...because:

https://www.simplepie.org/downloads/ only lists SimplePie 1.5 "released in 2017", and the download link points to that version
https://www.simplepie.org/wiki/setup/requirements lists PHP 5.2

It would be good to update those contents, and maybe also link to https://github.com/simplepie/simplepie/releases as a general dynamic link. Or use simplepie itself to embed https://github.com/simplepie/simplepie/releases.atom onto those pages ;)

Thanks for reporting. We are already tracking this in #543 and have been working on a fix in #756 but it will still take a bit.
