FAQ: add ability to link to a specific section

It'd be handy to have a URL link to each section + have it be the only one expanded

This might be able to be accomplished nicely through anchor tags

Yeah, I believe you'll need a bit of JS, but would be really useful for linking people to items. Here's one that I know of offhand that can be modeled after:
