Describe the bug
Screen height will decrease 1 after running every time in windows mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings - Core and Video settings'
  2. Click on 'ParaLLEl Video'
  3. Scroll down to 'ScreenHeight'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
In windows mode after you running any game next time you will see the 'ScreenHeight' decrease 1. like '720' to '719' then '719' to '718'.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on Linux
