Description

Create common CI provider identity (e.g. generic version of https://github.com/sigstore/fulcio/tree/main/pkg/identity/github) that takes in mapping between OIDC claim name and OID
Add server configuration option to map OIDC claims to CI/CD OIDs for each CI provider
Update public instance with this mapping
Add documentation
