When is Release 2.0?

When is the release 2.0 due? #1018

I am currently evaluation a GitHub Python library for a project, and was settling on
this package (due to its license compared with PyGitHub), and then found a huge
package size (35.3 MB compressed size to 3.3 MB of PyGitHub)!!
The extra size coming from test codes/files and docs files - not a standard way of
packaging Python.

@paulushub if you look at the documentation and tags, 4.0.1 is the latest release
