Document which ports and volumes should be mapped for use with Docker

Hey it would be awesome if we could get the ports and volumes that should ideally be mapped for this. And maybe a sample docker compose to easily rip that includes a sample of it with NGINX. If I can write something up for it today after tinkering with it, I'll make a PR with it myself.
