Add new comportement for dependancy filtered entity

Hi.
I would like to purpose new a new parameter on config file for dependantFiltered entity.

in case of spacifing only a method for the entity specific query builder, It's more suetable to set a simple callback function, it's permet to use another querybuilder and break dependancy between multiple bundles ;)
