Don't stop currently playing when using play command

If there is currently a song playing, it would be nice if another user using the play command didn't interrupt it as they may have intended to use queue instead.

DJ Roomba could reply with "Are you sure you didn't mean queue?".
We could also add a force play command to maintain the existing interruptive play behaviour.

Anyway we could slot it into the queue after the currently playing song? a play next command maybe?

Maybe the default behavior of play should be to just add it to the end of the queue, then there is no need to ask the user "Are you sure you didn't mean queue?".
