Menu: Submenus: Right to Left: Submenu Location and Arrows not flipped

Describe the bug

In right to left (RTL) languages the Chevron should flip from chevron right to chevron left. Right now it remains as chevron right for both directions LTR and RTL.

Also submenus should appear on the left side instead of right side of main menu which is not the case at the moment.

Note: not sure how the two submenus (Find and Transformations) ended up overlapping too.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add menu with submenu to page.
2. Add dir="rtl" to parent container or body.
3. Look at submenu arrow direction and submenu locations.
