The programme would ask the user to input his height, weight, age and gender, and will then calculate his Body Mass Index (BMI), tell the user about their score, and give them tips to improve their BMI

I would like this issue to be assigned to me.

Hello @shivaylamba... I can create a simple C++ program to calculate BMI (Body Mass Index). BMI is a measure of a person's weight in relation to their height and is commonly used to assess whether a person is underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.

Please assign this to me under Hacktoberfest 2023
