Reproduction: Have a locker unlocked with an restricted ID, have an ID that would normally not allow the locker to be opened, open, then close the locker. Chat will read "Access Denied" even though the locker is unlocked, and is still remaining unlocked. Encountered issue on specifically Inkwell refrigerator lockers.
