Reporting Version: 514.1589

Reproduction:

Drones are unable to do unique actions with firearms (eg. cycle bolts on the Illestren Hunting Rifle or chamber a new round on the Winchester Hunting Rifle). Also tested with energy guns (cannot cycle fire mode), and shotguns (cannot eject shells).
