A standard of 4 cards get displayed when on designer mode

When the datalist wrap oriantation is rendered on the designer mode, it always display four cards regardless of the number of records are set per page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://function-adminportal-test.shesha.dev/shesha/forms-designer?id=637393a4-3291-438f-b813-deb2e0d70d01'
2. Click on 'preview' icon
3. check the number of records showing
4. Actual Results: Only 4 cards get displayed

Expected behavior
If the default page size is set to display a certain number, therefore the cards should follow that sequence
