Prerequisites

  • make sure you're are using the latest version by rush -V
  • read the usage (rush -h) and examples

Describe your issue

  • describe the problem
  • provide a reproducible example

Download is blocked for users protected by ZScaler - can you please work with them to get off the blacklist?

Why ... The only thing I can think about is rush scans processes for unfinished jobs after users type ctrl + c.

Good question, I have applied for an exception, but it seems to be on a virus list from ZScaler, which makes it a challenge.
Might help if you reached out to them to get it removed?
