import timeline information from json file #3

i added an export feature, that will export the following information:

name of current usd scene
filepath of the usd file of the usd scene
all tracks on the timeline
- type of track and its name
- clips in the track

there should be a way to reimport this json file

here is an example of the json file

this CAN be used to save audio information from the timeline and save it and all its details
