VJoy error 2 minutes after logging in to windows 10 and loading Joystick Gremlin

Synopses:
I am able to launch Joystick Gremlin within the first two minutes of logging in without issue. Cannot close JG down and reopen without an error, nor can I wait two minutes to start JG otherwise I get the same error. "vJoy is not present or incorrectly setup."

Details of the issue:
I have had vJoy and Joystick Gremlin installed and working for over a year and a half. Then about six months ago, after a windows update, I began getting an error upon trying to load Joystick Gremlin. After uninstalling and reinstalling many times to no avail, I noticed that If I launch JG within 2 minutes of logging in then vJoy works fine and allows JG to load and activate. However, if I launch JG after this 2 minutes window then vJoy shoots off an error and JG cannot load. I have to completely restart. Also, if I close JG after this window then I can no longer reopen it due to this error. The error says the "vJoy is not present or incorrectly setup." Please help!!!
