Code Splitting

It is very tricky to get all Server Side Rendering + Code Splitting + Hot Module Reloading to work well together. At the moment Code Splitting is not supported. Here's the intended task flow for this issue:

First, wait for a response on faceyspacey/react-universal-component#141. Then:

• If it is not possible to use react-universal-component without Webpack on the server, try Webpack on the server:
  • If Webpack on the server is good, integrate react-universal-component (https://github.com/faceyspacey/universal-demo works, with SSR + HMR + CS)
  • If not, give a shot to https://github.com/theKashey/react-imported-component, then fallback to react-loadable, for SSR +CS (https://github.com/konradmi/react-loadable-ssr-code-splitting works), but unfortunately, without HMR (hot-reload is not working with react-loadable and react-hot-loader. gaearon/react-hot-loader#678). Have an alternative routes file to import statically in development (and therefore lose CS for HMR in dev mode)
• If it is possible, explore that option.
