Hello. I've been trying to create a database using the resource mentioned in your paper, but so far I don't seem to be having any luck. I'm wondering: what should a database look like when it's correctly made? I have 4 files in the folder after running the database creation script.
The .txt file only contains a 0 character, while the sequence_lengths.tab file is empty and the family_lengths.tab file contains two columns of numbers.
Thanks in advance!
